Our burgers and fries were tasty and warm enough. The person who took our orders, Juan, was courteous and polite. Chairs and condiments section were a bit in disarray, but that’s prolly ’cause we went after dinner hours. Overall, food and service were not bad.

The Asian Manager needs to be fired today! Misrang my order 2 times, didn’t credit my order, food was cold, talked down to me like a child, food also was undercooked, and tried to upsize the order and reorder without consent!!!
On another occasion in the restaurant the ceiling was dripping water in our eating area!!! The frosty’s were like liquid instead of frozen!!!
This facility needs new management immediately! !!
I also can’t find any Regional Managers name or Customer complaint line!!!
