All of us who work here at Vapor Rocket have been vaping for quite awhile, the owners as well. So we know how it can feel starting up and what it’s like to upgrade equipment. I try to make the experience as easy and informative as possible to make sure you understand what you purchase before you leave. We all started somewhere, so I have no problem helping anyone out!

Vapor Rocket is a outstanding business, with prime customer service. The owner Jeff helps me out every time I go, and if not him the other employees are up to par in the Vape Game. Vapor Rocket is the place to go for its varied selection, great service, and prime products.

Wouldn’t bother with this place. Tanks and coils knock offs, few brand names. I don’t trust knock offs, you never know what they are made with. The juices are not top quality, IMHO. If your looking for inexpensive ok juices and off brand products this place is for you.

Bought at saint lucie location. First guy I had didn’t seem to have much experience and explained that my charger for my other one would work. I went back for new charger. When I brought it home with my e cig it wouldn’t charge. So went in I think owner was there and set me up with all new stuff. Great customer services. They don’t talk to you like you should know things and are very respectful. They took care of the issue and I will continue to shop

While I quite smoking 2 years ago I was still chewing Nicorette gum. I noticed people in Florida (I am from Chicago) smoking this eGo Twist electronic cigarette. I found Vapor Rocket as recommended by a friend and couldn’t have been happier with the amount of time the owner, Mike, spent with me on electronic cigarettes. His level of knowledge for the products he sell was impressive. I wasn’t sure this was for me, but with his guidance in purchasing the right battery and e-​liquid I am very happy. It has been a week since I had a piece of gum and thanks to Vapor Rocket am on my way to eliminating nicotine completely. Plus, my jaws don’t hurt any more!
I am so happy in fact, I have been back twice for other flavors of e-​liquid and just today bought an e cigarette for my son in Chicago.
He makes all his own e liquid and all ingredients are from the U.S.A — nothing from China. I will reorder via his site when I need additional products as it is hard to find this level of customer service in today’s retail stores

Walked into this store and was was afraid the business was a sham because he décor was kinda iffy and the last customer walking out looked cheesy. But the manager was totally awesome and helpful. The vapor rocket which we bought is totally awesome and works well. I like how there were so many flavors to try and good prices overall.
