The Vitamin Shoppe

The store had lots of different products to choose from and the staff was excellent, professional, and very courteous. I highly recommend this store and definitely plan on coming back in the very near future.

I have been here multiple times, it’s located right next to Starbucks. Great location! However there are few knowledgeable employee, most of them seem to hate the job and doesn’t know the product one of which is KELLY. I asked her about yohimbe and Casine protein products. She was not helpful. A blonde woman (don’t recall her name) helped me out. Unfortunately Kelly was the one to ring me up, she ringed up the products without saying one word until «swipe». I was really friendly trying to kill her with kindness. This is the 3^rd time i conversed with her over the course of 4 months. She reminds me of the GRUDGE, she must be on Pms year round.
One should be knowledgable and try to provide great service regardless of he/​she is going through in their personal life. It is your job, if you hate the job quit instead of wasting clients time while giving off negative vibes. Only reason I gave it 4 is bc of the prices and the variety of products and the few employee who are qualified for the job

Friendly helpful staff is always on hand, nice!

I just started using Vitamin Shoppe Ive been a loyal GNC customer for as long as I can remember but they closed the 1 by my house and always heard good things about Vitamin Shoppe so I checked it out for the first time a cpl weeks ago and really liked it… The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly the store is very clean and they have pretty much any type of vitamin or supplement you could ever need… And the prices are alot cheaper then GNC… I spend about half the amount of money and get the same good quality of product. Check them out and you will be glad you did…
