We are closed. We are very sorry to inform everyone that Summer Rolls Factory is temporarily closed. Due to the uncertain future of the convenience store we were located in, we had no choice but to leave. We are currently regrouping and looking for a new location to open our restaurant. When we have a location and are ready to reopen we will announce it publicly. Thank you so much for all of your love and support. We truly have the best customers and friends. Our family is very sadden by the unexpected closing, but we will be back. Don’t miss us too much. We love you all very much.

Summer Rolls Factory is dedicated to providing fresh and flavorful dishes for every palate. We specialize in authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Key notes in our food are the main 5 that you would find in any Vietnamese dish; sweet, spicy, sour, bitter, and salty. We combined our traditional flavors and added a modern twist.

History

Established in 2012.

Our adventure began as a small catering and delivery service, only working 4 days a week. After we saw the overwhelming response to our food, we decided to make it available to more people on a daily basis. We found a small spot inside of the Lawrence Market and decided to make this our store front. Mom decided to come out of retirement and work fulltime to provide the best and most authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Our family simple wants to share our love for the food we grew up eating with everyone.

We are the new «hole in the wall». Our small setup means we have less overhead, which translates to a bigger budget for quality ingredients, the important stuff. We want to serve great food to great people. We are not a fancy wine and dine place. We are the little guys, your new neighborhood mom and pop place for Vietnamese food.

We strongly believe that everyone should experience and have a better understanding about the art of Vietnamese cooking. We grew up in the United State of America with many fast food chains that implants in each of us the habit of eating poorly and has more or less affected the lives of many Americans with poor health and many types of illnesses in their older age. Most of our children have very little knowledge about how bad food choices can affect them later in life. However, before anyone notices, at least 10 years of bad eating habits have passed.

With our culture and recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation, we have a solution for healthier eating habits with delicious tasting food for anyone who wants healthier eating habits for themselves and the ones they love.
