I would highly recommend this store for cracked screen repair. I have had 2 phones fixed there, one started to come loose about 6 weeks later and I brought it back and they fixed it right away, without any problems or questions. The guys that work there are super nice too.

I stumbled across this repair shop when looking for a place to repair my daughter’s phone. I’m so glad I did. I’m from out of town so I just had to pick on faith alone. The prices were in line with other repair shops but the service was great. The owner seemed to actually care and that is the best trait you can hope for. Good service, fair price. I’d recommend them to everyone.

I was out of town when my phones dropped in the water. I stopped at 2 different iPhone fix it stores and they couldn’t help me. I brought it to this store, not only did they fix my phone but they also fixed it in a fair amount of time. I highly recommend this business. They were honest and efficient.

I went to this repair electronic store with my Iphone 4s that had screen trouble. It was not able to be repaired.
So I bought a used Iphone 5 off them at a great price.
They said it had a 30 day warranty. Well It started to have some trouble with the screen, and I thought to myself I hope they really do respect the warranty and not hassle me saying its something not covered under warranty like most companies seem to do. Well they were awesome!!!
I then went back to work and a fellow work was having cell phone trouble. She had dropped her cell phone in water and every place else she went to see if they could repair it told her it needed replaced or pay a bunch to fix it.
She went there and they fixed it for 35 dollars and she was so happy she highly recommends this company now to everyone.
I had Alex and Brandon help me, they were amazing.

They didn’t fix it. I had a bad power port. He tried. He got close. He didn’t waste my time or my money. If you have any issues with your phone go see these people. They are helpful even when they can’t help you.

I agree with the other positive reviews about speed, competence, and reasonable prices. Rather than repeat all of that, I would like to add a quick comment as a technical guy. Replacing components in a smart phone can be tricky, because the «surface mount technology» inside it is very tiny and hard to manipulate. Special techniques are required for soldering inside it. These folks nailed it, when it came to replacing the power switch on my wife’s Samsung Galaxy S3. The switch is only 3 millimeters (¹⁄₈ inch) long and has to be soldered in three places. I would never try that myself. Great job!

Dropped my iPhone 6 and needed a new screen. Went to IFixandRepair in the Boynton Beach Mall. Was quoted $ 250 + tax, and they would have to order the part and it would be sometime next week before it came in. Then went to Smart Phone Fixer on Boynton Beach Blvd, 2 minutes from the mall. Was quoted $ 149, they had the part and my phone was as good as new an hour later. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I’m a repeat customer, and first time reviewer of anything on Unilocal.They were just that good. I never would have thought to write a review about a business that generally has a limited interaction. Almost all these businesses are the same, you walk in give them a broken phone and a few hours to a day later they give you back your fixed phone, then you just pay up and leave. That’s what is to be expected, but the true test of a businesses credibility and excellence is when something breaks the routine and they have an issue to deal with (otherwise, why write a review?). I went in for a straightforward screen repair and encountered a few problems with the replacement hardware from their supplier (not terribly uncommon in phone parts). My proximity sensor was faulty in the new screen, which gave them the opportunity to take ownership of a hardware issue and stand behind their service or deny responsibility — as many other businesses do. They did the right thug and more. Admittedly, I went through a few subsequent hardware supplier issues, but they stuck in there the whole time until my problem was resolved. I actually moved across the state with the broken phone and they reached out to a repair shop in my new location to secure someone to replace the faulty screen at no cost to me. Businesses that go this length to ensure their customers satisfaction are far and few between. I will always choose the places that value the customer more than the money because it ensures a good experience for everyone.

Refreshing Service in the phone industry! With a broken phone and insurance I headed to my local AT&T store on Congress. I was given very little help and even told «they don’t have phone» there. I headed to Metro PCS looking for a replacement phone until I could figure out what to do. Thankfully they told me about «Smart Phone Fixer» in the same plaza. And thank goodness. They we’re able to tell me what was wrong with my phone and instead of giving me a bunch of bull, they first tried to loan me a phone and then gave me a very inexpensive solution (go to Walmart and buy a GoPhone the AT&T to replace sim card). They didn’t ask me for a penny. AT&T could have easily done this for me when I first walked in, but they we’re more interested in selling me internet or TV service. Unbelievable! Thank you to everyone at Smart Phone Fixer. I will use you for all my phone «fixing» needs from here on out! I HIGHLY recommend this place. Please tell your friends. We can not let these small good businesses get ignored because of big business around the corner!

Brought my phone in for a software upgrade. I was told that it would be the same day repair as long as I brought it in the next day.
The next day I was there by noon as agreed and I was told that’s a technician changed his days off at the last minute. They took my phone and told me he would get to it the next day which was a Thursday. The girl at the front desk was very impolite and also advised they would not honor the Unilocal discount because the repair was so cheap (but exceeded the minimum in the offer.)
I called on Thursday and the tech said he had a problem loading the software and would have to do it on Friday. Around 330 in the afternoon I I called to check the status of the repair, and was told by the owner that he could not get to it because it was more valuable work to be done my job was only $ 35. He said he would get to it on Saturday.
Around 3 p.m. On Saturday I called and they said that they weren’t going to get to it because they were still too busy. By that point I had researched on the Internet how to do it myself so I went back down to the store to retrieve my phone. I sat there for 30 minutes before the girl at the desk acknowledged me. Granted she was helping another customer, but at least a it’ll be a few minutes comment would have been appreciated.
When it was finally my turn, the tech overheard me at the front desk and came out to apologize and to apologize for the owner telling me he couldn’t get to the work because it was too cheap of a repair. I told the tech that I was going to attempt to do it myself, and he helped me locate the needed software. What upset me the most is that it only took me 5 minutes to reload the phone, and they had it for 3 days and couldn’t muster up 5 to 10 minutes to get it done.
Very disappointed in that they turned away the Unilocal discount and would take my business elsewhere next time.

Very happy with the service. I dropped my Galaxy about four feet on a hard marble floor and they replace the screen and lcd. It was done within an hour and a half. I am cancelling the new phone I ordered and getting a refund. I totally recommend this place they do a great job.

My boyfriend accidentally knocked my phone off the kitchen counter. The screen cracked/​broke when it hit the floor. $ 100 insurance deductible, Gunner at Smart Phone Fixer replaced it for $ 50. My boyfriend and I went down the street and had lunch at Pei Wei while they were fixing it.

A+. From minor issues such as screen cracks to more complex items like switching your ROM, these guys are true experts. Boynton is very lucky to have a place like this. Previously you could only find this type of place by driving to Palm Beach or Miami… and even then the business would be a hole in the wall. This place has a professional store front and it is obvious that you are working with experts from the moment you walk in. Also, you can tell that their customers range from novice to geek so even if you don’t have much knowledge of your phone, they can probably still troubleshoot your issue. Nice to know that they can handle issues related to Android, Iphone, Bberry, and Windows phone. Also, reasonably priced given the service provided. I recommend 100%.

The repair was awesome and the price was reasonable. The staff was friendly and they speak Spanish. We recommend this place.
