Roger Dean Maintenance & Repair is a young company — locally owned and family operated. The owner/​operator, Roger Dean White, has many years of experience in appliance repair but grew frustrated by the lack of customer service the companies he worked for provided, not to mention their over-​priced rates. Maybe it’s his small town Ohio roots that drive him to be honest, fair and accountable — but whatever it is he has found he can do it on his own and be successful!

Roger grew up in a small town and was ASE certified in auto body, paint and refinish by the end of high school. He currently holds other ASE certifications in electrical, steering, suspension and brakes. He moved to West Palm Beach almost a decade ago. Long hours and little pay at dealerships motivated him to look into other arenas.

Roger took a technician position at a washer/​dryer repair company in West Palm Beach. His mechanical knowledge applied easily to appliances and he spent more than 5 years here mastering the trade. Meanwhile, he moved from the hustle and bustle of West Palm to Boynton Beach. He married his wife Meaghan, purchased a home in Boynton and started a family. With the help of his wife, family and friends Roger started Roger Dean Maintenance & Repair in 2010 and it has been growing leaps and bounds ever since.
