Their price was right, but… don’t try to call them for follow-​up on the status of your order. They are poor at getting back to you. Also, it seems several missed target dates. Each one had the same excuse — the manufacturer broke the glass, door, etc. I know of 3 installations personally, each had the same, or similar excuse why they couldn’t make their promised install date. Once they came to install, the installation was good, but their finishing work is not up to par. Other companies leave you with a complete job, you don’t have to do anything with finishing the trim, etc. Would I recommend them, wellllll, if you want a good price, yes. Otherwise I think I would go with another company next time.
