KC tile restoration came to give us a quote and we accepted the job a few days later. They were able to start right away and the process took a few hours. The workers moved all of our furniture cleaned our tiles and grout and then repainted our grout to a new color. The grout looks great, however I am not sure how long it will last. My family members recommended KC as they used them as well. Even though my grout is starting to darken a little bit since having it restored, it should get us a few years of use. KC did what we hired them to do with no problems. I cannot vouch for their 10 guarantee, but I can say the company is professional and our grout does look good compared to the way it looked before.

Had our floors polished. They did a pretty decent job in general areas but missed all along the walls, cabinets and appliances. Called them back, they came back and touched up a little, but still missed many places they had to really take their time and polish by hand, but Did Not. Owner is a little abrupt and rude, he should speak in a better manner to customers.

Highly recommend. Very professional and courteous. Had several other quotes and they were by far the best. Showed up on time, did excellent work, and followed up with a thank you note. Will use again in the future.

This was the best thing I did for my house! Cleaning and sealing the grout made it look brand new! The guys came and were very nice and professional. They moved all my furniture and were very careful and gentle with it (I’m very ocd so I was watching like a hawk!). I would definitely recommend KC tile I am a very happy customer!

Horrible company, total rip off artists. Overcharged me by about $ 400.

I am an Interior Designer and I use KC Tile for my jobs. My clients have been thrilled with the grout cleaning and color seal process. As a professional, I appreciate the service I get from KC Tile. I get quick estimates and the guys doing the work have been extremely polite, courteous and efficient while working on my jobs. Great job!

Called and set up an appointment for 3:30 this afternoon. No show. Called office and was told to call Scott. Called Scott– he said he didn’t know what I was talking about. Called office again. After being put on hold a couple of times was told that the best they could do was reschedule for late next week. Since this was not acceptable to me (I wanted someone to either come over today or tomorrow at the latest), I was just blown off.
By the way, don’t bother trying to speak with them over their «live chat” — they just leave you hanging

Had KC Tile seal the grout and granite counters in our new house before we moved in this summer. Spent over $ 2000 and have a tomato sauce stain on my kitchen island. Called Kenny the owner and he told me there was nothing he could do since there was no guarantee. When I pressed him, he said I could try hydrogen peroxide on it. He heard that might help. That was it! When I asked him what was the point of sealing the granite, he told me that my granite was porous. Wasn’t that reason to seal it? What exactly did I pay for? I waited a few days and called back sure Kenny would have something more to offer. Could not get him but he left me a message saying he was helpful and spent 10 minutes telling me how to get the stain out and that he offered to come over and look at the granite (he never offered me that!). Since he is very interested in customer service, he wanted me to call him back. I did 5 days ago and have not heard a thing. I have gotten more information off of the internet and that is free!!! Save yourself money and aggravation and stay away from KC Tile!!!

I would highly recommend KC Tile to anyone who needs to get their tiles and grout cleaned. We had our house done a few weeks ago and the tiles look brand new! Also everyone we spoke to and met from KC were extremely friendly and professional!

This company rep came to my home, looked around, gave an estimate, we talked about the tile to be cleaned and they crew came on time. However, when I looked around my house, the tile under the beds were not done… I discussed with the rep at the time and he said the entire room (s) under beds would be done. I told the worker to get the boss on the phone which he did and then they grouded under the beds. I was furious. They missed about 8 sections and came back to properly do the work and it is now done as it should have from the first visit. The crew worked very hard and were compensated by me for the work they did… I came to this company thru many recommendations. Check this site first for reviews.
The owner should have called me and never did…
