DECENTFOOD but BAD/SLOW SERVICE! I have given this location more chances than i feel they deserve. I work close, and they actually have some decent food for ‘bar food’, but the slowness and service do not outweigh the taste of the food. I can only really speak for their lunchtime service, and it is more often than not EXTREMELYSLOW. I have no idea why either, as there are MAYBE5 parties in there at the same time on a good day, plus a few outside bar regulars. Plus they are mainly making fried food. What takes so long? As most people who are going out to lunch during the week, you really don’t have time to wait around. I have gone over my lunch time on several occasions due to slow service. Pick up order? They tell you 15 minutes– and I usually still wait 30 to show up, only to still wait another 15 minutes once i get there. Not only are they slow, but they are not apologetic or even fake about being concerned with your wait. The staff has changed over the last year, where a lot of the regular staff was super friendly or give you a free drink while waiting. But now, not sure what happened to all the good staff and I think management changed hands. Go ahead and complain, it will do you no good. So — be warned– hopefully if you go there you have a lot of time to spare.

Placed a order to go. I arrived in the time frame quoted, the hostess did not acknowledge my presence for about 5 minutes. She was doing something else that must have been more important than a paying customer. I ordered 20 boneless wings for $ 20. Didn’t look at the order til I got home. These things were super small, and hard. I prefer the unbreaded type. Needles to say you can get better frozen chicken wings from public for half the price. They are way overpriced in relation to the quality of food.

Awful service. We waited to be greeted for a while. My server forgot my beer. When I asked about, she apologized. When she brought out the beer, instead of a porter, she brought an IPA. She admitted she knew nothing about beer. The ice was cloudy /moldy My wife’s water was undrinkable — foul odor and chemical taste??? But WOW, terrible service would be a complement. I should have listened to my daughter when she told me about her past visit. No manager visit after the mistakes and issues. I still paid for the wrong/untouched beer. Last visit for us.

My friend and I went to this restaurant last night in Boynton Beach and had a horrendous experience. The service was extremely slow and the restaurant was empty. The waiter brought out the wrong order. twice! and overall we waited over an hour for a simple order of 2 order of wings, fries and appetizers. What was really the worst in the overall experience is that instead of splitting the check we were both charged the TOTALAMOUNT! i was very disappointed. the waiter clearly stated that they split the checks but our bank statements stated otherwise. we checked right after we left the restaurant. i am very disappointed on how unethical it was to charge us both the full amount instead of splitting the check correctly. Very disappointed in this establishment and the way their business was handled.

Reasonable pricing, good drinks, and I loved the food. It had a nice home like atmosphere and very chill.

I ordered hot wings and fries. The server dropped off my food and asked if I needed anything else. I said no looks good. After my first wing I realized the wing were not hot. She never can back so I couldn’t get hot sauce. As I’m writing this review I’m still waiting for her to come back so I can get my check. Fries are good so is the ice water. That’s about it.

So I’m a fan of Hurricane wings, but at this location Last night“valentine’s dat” was worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Those four people in the whole restaurant couldn’t get a refill on my drink the food was horrendous. Now I understand why there was only 4 people in there I will never go back it was horrible. Food service no manager ever came up to us and was terrible. Don’t have the same horrible experience I had try another restaurant

Expected to wait for a table coming in on a Saturday night around 7PM. No wait at all. We received excellent service from start to finish. The food came out fast and was delicious. Only complaint with this place is that it’s very noisy because of the design and acoustics. Would come back, but definitely not a place for a quiet dinner.

been to this location several times & have never been disappointed neither has My Brazliian fiancé who can be very picky. she especially liked the fish tacos(not crispy grouper) I’ve always had excellent service & get exactly what I ordered even when fiancé wanted something with or without something.

For some reason this location wanted a second Unilocal listing. I guess their main one filled with customers who can’t stand them wasn’t enough, so they decided to start another. But, lemme just give you the run down of why so many people won’t eat at Hurricane Wings. This location is slow. Which is funny, because they hardly ever seem to have customers, but yet it takes 15 – 20 minutes past the expected pick up time to get togo orders. The staff couldn’t care less. From the bartenders to their corporate, this is a poorly run company. Nobody cares. When you have a problem, expect indifference. Also, expect to get your orders however they come. When you order, it is more a suggestion of what you’d like to eat, than what you will be served. But, if bad food, and crappy service aren’t enough to entice you to sit down for a nice meal at Hurricane Wings, you should also know the unscrupulous management here doesn’t honor their own coupons on togo and online orders! The coupons they email you for giving them your information, and becoming a part of their wings club, this store won’t honor those. Or even their ads on Facebook. Nope. They want every dollar because nobody eats here. I can’t wait for them to close so something I’ll actually eat at goes in it’s place.

Had a late lunch here today and they had $ 2 domestic beers on tap for happy hour. The wing sauce selection is large but the best is Hot Parmesan Garlic! Jumbo wings aren’t jumbo though, just regular old wings.

A much better experience at this location than Pines one. I had mako sliders and was surprised when fish came out deep fried. Service was about average and so was the food. Next time I may try their wings

A cool nichey restaurant. This place is all about the wings and beer — but offer so much more. Plenty of seating(indoor and outdoor) and cool decour. This is your typical chain restaurant serving up wings. Pricing and quality of food is exactly what you’d expect.

I do not know how I did not learn my lesson with this place. About a week and a half ago I came here on a lunch break with a co-worker. It was kind of busy so we asked the server if the food would get to us on time. We were in uniforms and mentioned this is a lunch break. She told us it would be fine. Time went by and the food never came. We saw a guy who we think was a manager or some kind of supervisor. We told him what was going on. He told us not to worry and that the food would be packed to go and taken off the bill because of the inconvenience. More time went by. We now had under 10 minutes to get back to work. We ended up putting money on the table for the drinks and leaving. We had no lunch that day. I am really not a fan of this place as the service has never been stellar and that one day really took the cake.

Came by with my colleagues for lunch and we were not pleased. Service is okay, although not busy, the server was not as attentive as I would expect. The wings – while seemingly creative with the sauce options were not impressive. The parmesan garlic fries were really good. $ 2.98 for a fountain drink is excessive. It just is for a product that costs the restaurant very little. For 5 wings, regular side fries and a fountain drink, my purchase came to $ 12. I highly recommend trying out other wing specialty restaurants in the area for more creative options and better tasting food.

This place sucked. I came here on a Saturday evening with my sister. On the menu, they had a few veggie-friendly options like their veggie burger. However, my one-star review is not about the food, it’s about the service. We arrived to the restaurant somewhere around 6 – 7 p.m. We sat at the tables near the bar because there was no wait. Our waiter came up and greeted us and took our drink orders. At this point, everything was fine. We ordered the kettle chips appetizer. When he brought it out, he brought us french fries. Okay, maybe it was a harmless mistake. For my dinner, I had the veggie burger. It was a large burger with plenty of flavor. It does fall apart some, so I suggest cutting it up before diving in. Now, we are just about done with our meal. We decide to go all out and order dessert. We got the salted caramel crunch cake. It was good. At this point, I was a little annoyed because most of my time there was without a drink. I finished my water, and it took almost an entire meal to get a refill. When I got my food, I requested pickles and the seasoning rub on the side. I didn’t get pickles or the rub. I asked the waiter for water, pickles and the rub. I eventually got it. Here is the worst part though. My sister and I finished our food. We sat there for about 20-minutes waiting for the waiter to come back. We were looking around and he was just gone. The hostess went to get the waiter, and he was in the kitchen area apparently. He tells us the hostess got him and said your table was waiting for you. He was like what table? He went on to say that he forgot that he had a table. He just kept going on about how he forgot about us and it was funny. It wasn’t funny. There was no reason that having a simple meal needed to take an hour and a half when I had zero wait time. Food was okay. Service SUCKS.

I was jumping for joy when I heard a Hurricane Wings opened in Boynton. When I lived in Plantation I went to the HW there almost once a week until it sadly closed. I always went with a huge group and everyone I brought there loved it. I even ordered their huge TOGO100 piece wings multiple times to bring to BBQ’s and party’s and there was never a wing left. Sadly this location did not measure up. I begged my husband and a friend to try it the other night and I was so embarrassed for making the recommendation later. Pros: Huge location so there is plenty of seating and no wait. They carry locally brewed beer. Service was fast Restaurant was clean Besides those 4 pros I will not be going back to Hurricane Wings in Boynton. 3 of us started with 2 appetizers. The fried pickles which were tasty and the parmesan fries. The fries were ok but the size was tiny tiny for $ 6.00 I think we each had 6 fries. For that price they should be served in a bucket/basket. They pretty much fit in a tiny cone. For dinner we ordered the 20 piece wings so we could try 4 flavors. In my opinion what stands them apart form other wing places is the fact that they offer so many great flavors. We chose the Raspberry Ice, Hot Hurricane Sauce, Fire and Ice and the Gold Rush. I have pretty much tried all the flavors including the #5 so nothing should have been a surprise to me. Meh… They all seem to have the same spices. Nothing stood out and they should have been marked what flavor they were. When we asked our server why they were not marked he said they do not do that there. Then I asked him to tell us what the 4 were and he could not make out the difference or knew what they were. Neither could we as they all tasted the same. My husband order the chicken tender dinner with 2 sides. As he tried the first one he secretly grabbed a napkin and spit it out. Then he said it was the worst chicken nugget he ever had. We sent it back and he went with the Gold Rush 10 piece wing order instead. When his came out it looked nothing like the other order. You can see from the pictures. He tried it and it was ok just nothing like ours. So inconsistent. The restaurant was pretty empty and a manager never came over to check on us or apologize for any of our issues. Our server told us he tried one of the chicken nuggets in the back and had to split his out as well it was«That Bad» I’m giving 2 stars and not 1 only because they young guy waiting on us was funny and very apologetic for the mess. The guys were still hungry since most of the meal was either bad/wrong or tiny so we got a piece of the caramel pie. I’m not sure of the name. It was ok for your typical frozen delivery dessert. After leaving we all agreed it was bad food and we would not return. At over $ 75.00 for 1 star food save your money or go somewhere else.

We had been to the Lake Worth location before and our experience there was very mediocre and when we saw that this Boynton location was opening up, we were kind of leery on trying HG&W again. Tonight, on a Saturday evening after 7pm, we decided to give them a second chance seeing as how they’re at a different location and yes, granted, they’re still new. We came in around 7pm and were told that it’d be a 25 – 30 minute wait which was fine as it was a very nice breezy evening to wait on a bench outside. The greeters are very nice ladies and one guided us to our table. The interiors are very spacious, much more spacious than the Lake Worth location. It was almost as if you could fit in some more extra tables in there, but it was actually nice not feeling crammed and placed so close to another party’s table. Our server was a nice and prompt gentleman who had our orders correct and on time. My husband had their Applewood Smoked Bacon & Cheese burger and it was perfectly cooked well-done as many places can’t get it right on the first attempt without charring it! He said he would order this again. I had one of the Fiesta flavors: the Shrimp BLT Quesadilla with their Dynamite Sauce(my request). It was surprisingly delicious. However, now that I am home, my stomach has begun to rumble. I think it may have been the somewhat excessive breading on the shrimp or the peppered mayo. But I think I will be alright. It won’t stop me from trying HG&W again for something else. I am just glad that East Boynton Beach finally has another awesome restaurant to choose from and it is almost a great substitution for Buffalo Wild Wings… only that they have a very excessive list of wing sauces to try! lol
