Violetta graduated from Parker Business School in 1994 and from Real Estate Academy in 1995. Violetta specialized on marketing and selling of luxury new development homes and condos in Chicago since 1995. In 2005 Violetta moved to Florida, graduated from Appraisal Institute and worked with foreclosures and short sales. After establishing Florida Home Consulting, Inc. as Broker and Owner, she is working with International buyers, specializing in new construction and luxury homes in South Florida. Violetta is a Member of National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors Certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, Luxury Specialist, Valuation Property Specialist, and Member of Real Estate Boards in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
