Established in 2009.

After many years of being a freelance team, a web designer and web developer decided to collaborate on a new internet property management company. The name Elm Street Design pays homage to our home town, New Haven, CT. In the years to come Elm Street Design has met and exceeded the expectations of dozens of clients and web properties. The driving force behind the company is a love of creating and open communication between client and the developer team.

Growing steadily, Elm Street hired a search engine optimization specialist as well as a search engine marketing consultant to create a fully functional web site development team.

Business Owner

Shawn was born and raised in New Haven, CT. When he was 14 he required a reconstructive knee surgery that called for 6 weeks of bedrest. Having no where to go and basically nothing to do, he hooked the computer to the fastest modem he could buy (2800 bps!) and started searching this new thing called the «World Wide Web». That time spent solidified what was to come in the future, nothing was exciting as the internet and he knew that this was his calling. Attending CCSU in CT studying information technology and networking cemented the love of creating something from nothing. 15 years later there still is that same excitement when taking on a new project, the prospect of helping a business owner while truly enjoying the project is what sets Shawn and Elm Street Design apart from the rest of the industry.
