Specialties

We have a large selection of fresh roses, lilies, orchids with different and unique flowers coming on a daily basis and specialize in flower arrangements to comfort, console, or cheer. We also love to do #WeddingFlowers. Our gift items include plush animals from Gund, Gantz and TY. We can create gift baskets to include fresh fruit and gourmet items, such as cookies, chocolates, cheeses and snacks. We have a collection of unusual vases, cute coffee mugs, greeting cards, and angels. Come see our silk arrangements or let our designers create one just for you.

History

Established in 1958.

The Blossom Shoppe has served the Boynton Beach, Florida and Delray Beach, Florida area for over 52 years. We were originally located next to the post office on Seacreast Blvd and have made Ocean Ave our home since 2002. We especially love it when people stop by to tell us that the Blossom Shoppe did their wedding flowers and now their children are grown! If you haven’t met Charlie, he’s our canine mascot and loves to meet new folks!

Lynda has been in the flower business for over 25 years and prides herself on staying on the cutting edge of floral design. She is a Master Designer, member of Society of American Florist and the Florida State Florist Association. A native of Chicago she has been in Florida for over 40 years and lives in west Boynton Beach. She is proud of the team of conscientious, talented, and friendly staff she has carefully hand-​picked to represent the Blossom Shoppe Florist and Gifts.

The experience of working w Lynda and the employees of The Blossom Shoppe was exquisite. First of all they accommodated a wedding date 2 days after Christmas which a number of other florists declined because the wedding fell on a date that would have provided the floral shop owners to have a long weekend which only happens in that exact way every 7 years. So, experiencing their willingness to accommodate was refreshing and loving.
Vintage/​BoHo chic was our wedding theme. Small intimate backyard wedding. We provided a few pics from Pinterest that supported our vision, and a few conversations for continued vision support and various emails & calls — all of which gave me, the bride, a sense of connection & availability that was effortless. What ultimately was created out of that was nothing short of miraculous. Our vision 100% accurate. My NEED for perfection around flowers was the only part of the wedding that I was clearly and obviously committed to creating a certain ambiance and I was so pleased to have had it visually manifest before my very eyes. The flowers fragrant and fresh. Arrangements stunning — the arbor which was the grooms doing was amazing. The bouquet — let’s say my eyes are filling w tears as I type. Love love love love and still love it.
I could write more and more. Will review everywhere I can. Lynda et al deserve to be honored and appreciated for the powerful work they create. Kudos & many thanks!

I have ordered flowers from the Blossom shop several times and always have been more than pleased. This time I called up for my mother’s 87th birthday and asked what they suggested. Their idea was a flower arrangement that looks like a birthday cake. They put together an amazing arrangement and my mom was thrilled. Every time I have gone to this place the people are easy to deal with full of great suggestions and take great care to make sure everything is beautiful.

I decided to do something nice for my wife and came to Blossom Shoppe. Walking in the store with little information other than «she likes lilies» and «I want to spend about $ 50», the staff at Blossom Shoppe put together one of the best bouquets I’ve ever purchased. I just got off the phone with Norma from the Blossom Shoppe and had to write about the spectacular service I just received! Needed to get a sympathy plant to a family in town before they closed and they took such good care of it. As I was calling from out of town, I was expecting to get hit hard with a ridiculously high price but the pricing was reasonable. I can’t recommend this place enough for all your florist needs.

Needed to send flowers to my Grandma for her birthday. Called Blossom Shop based on Unilocal reviews. Told them about how much I wanted to spend and what color flowers she likes (peach and pink). Delivered on time (the next day) with no issues, which I appreciate. Wish they would have asked if I wanted glass versus the basket they used, but in general, the flowers looked nice. One strange thing was they said they would send e-​mail order confirmation and delivery confirmation, but I didn’t get anything until the day after the delivery.

Norma recommended «Your Special Day» arrangement and I must say it got rave reviews from everyone at the party! The transaction was easy and the result could not have been better! This place saved the day for my wedding portraits. When my photographer reminded me to being my bouquet the next morning I thought, «Uh oh… I don’t have one.» Well, I took a chance and walked down the street to this florist and luckily they had some extra roses from and event. The bouquet was ready in 10 minutes. Granted it was a lot smaller than my actual wedding day bouquet, but something pretty to hold – and $ 15 as opposed to $ 175 for the bouquet I used at the wedding.

I went in needing roses for both my wife and daughter. Though they were obviously busy, they turned their attention to my need. The end result was wonderful! Two arrangements that were beautifully done. Long stem red roses for my wife and magic yellow roses for my daughter. The roses were magnificent and fresh! Perhaps the nicest roses I’ve ever purchased. Best of all, they were a big hit!

I could not have been more impressed with the arrangement Blossom Shoppe Florist made for my friend’s Grandmother. They went out of their way to make me happy after Boynton Villager Florists (who shall now and forever be referred to as the Boynton Villager Idiots) gave me by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Blossom really came through. The arrangement was magnificent! The service was exceptional! They even made a special delivery for me after business hours! NOW THAT’S SERVICE!!! please read my horrible review of the other place. Always choose Blossom Shoppe Florist!!!
