Bill Hagan – State Farm Insurance Agent

All I get is an answering machine when I call and no call back. The 800 number is useless too. They just refer back to the agency. This is Old World stuff. Time for these old agents to retire.

I have found him and Dustyn Shroff to both be very helpful and attentive.

I walked into this guy’s office about two weeks ago. I sat down and spoke with Dustyn Shroff. I wanted to switch agents from another agent who was too busy to answer my calls in his office. I spoke to Dustyn who told me that all I would have to do is request an agent change which I did through my original agent. I called a few days later and Dustyn told me Bill Hagen refused my business was because he didn’t want to help me because I was another agents customer. I refused to stay in that original agent bc of the lack of customer service Dustyn told me they don’t take each others customer even if the customer wants to move how stupid. This guy tried to get my post removed and I will leave a post to tell others Bill Hagen is not what he seems. This guy’s is s loser and never should you do business with him. I know I was in his office and he will says one thing but does another. Run from this guy h e is a liar. I will keep posting a review about his lack of customer service. His friendship with other agents is above any customer needs.
