We troubleshoot the issue and come up with every alternative to resolve the problem in order to stay within your budget. What sets us apart from our competitors is that we do not push new equipment install without first exhausting every alternative, keeping your best interest in mind. Our company specializes in providing service and repairs on a variety of units and tonnages in the commercial industry field, such as AAON systems, used for office buildings and country clubs. These systems range from 15 – 50 tons of cooling with 100% outside air. Liebert Systems, which range from 10 – 125 tons of cooling for data centers, along with Liebert chillers for magnet machines used by medical clinics.

Other commercial systems we have extensive experience with are Commercial York Heat Pumps (pumps up to 20 tons for charter schools), Carrier chillers (air cooled type 80 – 200 tons of cooling for high rises) and of course, cooling towers such as BAC, Marley and Evapco… used for condo high rises.
