I called Ben and Lewis 5 times and wrote a email requesting Warrenty work to my townhouse, Which is 4 years old. My water heater pilot system has been changed before by them and still has Warrenty. They have failed to even call me back.
I have been without hot water for 3 weeks now. They were the plumbers who installed the whole unit. I don’t recommend anybody to use them for ANY type of work.
