Mean sales staff. Ordered a coolatta while many other customers were waiting for orders as well. Didn’t hear her announce that it was ready as two different baristas were talking at once. Then got snippy with me when I said I was waiting for the drink that I couldn’t see on the counter. Sorry you’re doing your job wrong, I have been driving for hours and don’t care about your personal life problems.

Southbridge, MA
This is the only Dunks in the area. Be careful though, if you blink, you might just miss it. Tucked away in the corner of a Gulf station right off of 495.
No place to sit down, no drive thru and not open 24⁄7 like the gas/​convenience store.

Acton, MA
This is the only Dunkin Donuts in Boxborough, and the only one within about 5 miles drive, so it’s pretty busy. It’s also right off the highway. Service and food quality is what you expect from Dunkin Donuts. This DD is inside the Gulf station and parking is always a problem at this location.

This has been my goto Dunkin Donuts for several years. This is not a sit down DD but rather an in and out one attached to a gas station (Gulf I think but changes every few years). Despite having high turnover at these types of places, year in and year out the service is consistently friendly and on top of their game. Rock solid DD.
