Zaxby’s

My kids and I absolutely love Zaxby’s. There’s only one problem I live on this side of town and so this is typically the one I go to. This store is a complete hit or miss. What I mean is that it can be anything simple from not giving celery, wrong sauces, or at times not giving sauce at all. Then theres the rough part of getting unsalted fries which stinks, because thats one of the reason you love their fries, tenders and wings that have been sitting for awhile, just plain dried out. Now don’t get me wrong not all these happen at the same time, but they fo happen. It wouldn’t be a big deal if it was a one time thing. I have even address the manangers about these things but it continues. But on the other side of things when they hit which is becoming more and more rare they hit. When its fresh and your order is correct it is absolutely wonderful, but without exaggeration that’s about 1 out of every ten. Now to get to customer service. The drive thru employees that I have dealt woth are rude, dull, and just don’t seem to care. On the other hand going inside employees seem to be a more interested. At least theu will carry a conversation. Although I really don’t like the idea of hearing employees complain about their job or needing a smoke break. Do that where customers can’t hear you. And of course the funniest thing I notice is when managers just stand there and customers are still waiting to place their order. You wonder why it takes so long to get your order there. Literally just leaning against the wall. Yes I will continue to go back because again I live on this side of yown and my kids want it but honestly I’d rather go to the other one.

Zaxby’s is by far one of my favorite places to eat, just not this one. Service is average, food is only good when made fresh, not always the case though. If I’m on this side of town I’ll eat here, but not going out of my way to get here.

With two locations in Bowling Green, one can tell we Love Zaxby’s! Chicken strips plain or dipped in your choice of sauce. Chicken finger plate comes with toast, cole slaw and the Best Ever Seasoned Fries! Or get with salad for Zalad! They also have wings, grill cheese and appetizers. Only four stars due to Staff Issues. But this is a college town, they’re always training somebody new. Besides that, We Love Zaxby’s!
