Really!!! At this point, why even try to address my concerns when this whole incident took place 6 months ago? And again, I am appalled by your disrespect and disdain for customer service. I invite you to research other salon schools before you go hurling false accusations at a paying customer. I have visited plenty of salon schools in my home state of Ohio, and still do– because of their quality and customer service. It is extremely satisfying to me to see that your «business» continues to treat customers badly– it’s only a matter of time before you sink.
