We are a full service veterinary clinic under current ownership since 2000. We offer surgical, medical and dental care for small animals. We also offer pet grooming on weekdays, and have extensive boarding kennels for your pet when you are away. We also have a feline-​exclusive boarding area for your cat’s comfort. Established in 2000.

Drs. Trace and Nicole Gorham purchased Alpine Pet Care Center in July 2000 and have been the sole practice owners since that time. Alpine Pet Care Center is a full service veterinary hospital for small animals (dogs and cats). We provide medicine, surgery, dental, grooming and boarding services in a friendly atmosphere where your pet is treated like family. We also offer referrals to Nashville and Louisville specialty clinics when necessary. We are part of 7 clinic rotation that provides after hours emergency care including holidays.

Dr. Trace and myself (Dr. Nicole) graduated from Auburn University in 1997 after which we practiced in Memphis, TN for 3 yrs. prior to moving to Bowling Green where we purchased Alpine Pet Care Center. We have pets of our own including a Cocker Spaniel, a Brittany, and a German Shepherd and enjoy participating in AKC events such as agility, tracking, field, and obedience competitions. We also have 2 indoor cats Chuck and Noël as well a miniature horse for our daughter, an American Quarter Horse that has participated in barrel racing and 2 goats Larry and Darryl. We love our profession and strive to treat every patient like our own family member making decisions about your pet’s healthcare carefully and with your input. We do not hesitate to send the more challenging cases to our wonderful referral facilities in Nashville and Louisville. I (Dr. Nicole) have a special interest in oral surgery/​dental procedures. We offer free estimates for all of our procedures.
