Great customer service when i walked in. I went in for a Maryland state Inspection, going into any situation where your car is going to be inspected or worked on can be alittle scary, the nice ladies Amanda and Judy were sweet as pie. Stewart was the mechanic technician who did the inspection and he was professional and i am thankful for that. I would recommend this shop to friends and family. Thank you!

Been to this shell to service ALL my cars (at least 4) since the early 2000 and never had any problems. Get to know Carl through the years and he always go the extra mile to take care of any requests. They even look for scrap parts to fix up my prius when it got into a fender bender. I am glad to have this type of honest service in our neighborhood!!!

Oct. 12, 2015– Update: I brought this to Carl’s attention first thing qMonday morning. He seemed shocked and resolved the issue promptly. It seems the mechanic put the new tire on the wrong side. I feel like that’s like a surgeon operating on the wrong leg… but OK. I’m happy it’s been resolved.
Oct. 11, 2015– DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! These are some «smile in your face while I rob you blind» type of people. I took my car in for a state inspection. I waited while this was going on and everyone was very friendly and talkative. The shop manager Carl showed me my tire and the huge gash in it that caused me to fail the inspection and explained it was extremely dangerous to even be driving on. He assured me he could order me a tire and I could come back later that day to have it put on. I paid for the inspection and the tire before departing. I went back later to have the tire put on, got out of there in a decent amount of time, and went about my day. I noticed the car still sounded bad while driving but I’d been busy and kept forgetting to look at it. Here we are a 9 days later and I finally remember to look. My same old tire is on the car.
