ServiceMaster by Resolution Specialists, Inc. proudly serves the local counties of Prince George’s, Howard, Anne Arundel and the surrounding communities of the metropolitan Baltimore/​DC region. Our main office is located in the City of Bowie, MD inside the prestigious Maryland Science and Technology Center business complex.

Marvin has been in the Disaster Restoration industry for well over 35 years. He has been and continues to be a licensed General Building Contractor, International Code Council Certified Combination Building Inspector and an Environmental professional since 1981. He has been responsible for providing service to over 35,000 satisfied customers in the states of Maryland and California. Coupled with his degree in Construction Management, multiple IICRC certifications, ICC certifications and advance trade training in the environmental and construction fields, has allowed Marvin to excel with his full-​service ServiceMaster by Resolution Specialists, Inc. Maryland franchise.
