Office Depot

Spoke too soon. Don’t come here. Placed an order at 9am that was supposed to be done at 10am. It’s now 5pm and only one part of the 15-​part copy/​laminating order is complete. I have a baby to get to the sitter and an event that starts within the hour and their error is costing me precious time and sanity. Asked to speak to the manager and apparently she is the one who messed up the order. Won’t be back if she’s the one running the show here. Definitely not thorough and no attention to detail. «Being really busy» is not an excuse. This is the copy & print section. That’s the nature of the department. Smh…

Wonderful customer service, very quick service, and very professional staff!!!

I forgot this Office Depot existed and it’s right down the street from me! Talk about convenience. My son had a science project due and I called one location and they didn’t have any of the supplies. I called this one and spoke to a nice employee by the name of Antonio. He was extremely helpful and took the time to actually go on the floor and check to make sure that they had the supplies and plenty in stock for me to make it there to pick it up. This store is in a nice little shopping center that has a Ross, Marshalls, Giant, Starbucks and few more stores. You can definitely make this a one stop shop to take care of a few things. I went on a Sunday around 11am and it wasn’t crowded at all. Store was clean. Items looked to be pretty well stocked and most importantly it was organized.

Your office needs can be found in either Staples or Office Depot. Frankly, I can’t tell the difference between the shops since they seem to offer the same products.

Antonio is amazing! I got him on the phone the night before I went into the store, he was incredibly helpful. I had attempted to use the Staples that is a little closer to my house. It was frustrating and horrible, and I will NEVER make that mistake again. Frustration on the phone with them, total incompetence from their clerks in the store. Antonio was a breath of fresh air. He clearly knows his stuff and exemplified good customer service. He recognized me when I came in the store and got me all set up.
Aside from him, the rest of the team was nice and helpful, and I found the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Thank you Office Depot! You’ve got yourself a new customer.

Stay away from any Office Depot when purchasing high end technology products. Their return policy is archaic. Once you cut the tape on the box you can no longer return the item for a refund even within the 14 day window.
Best to shop for Tech items elsewhere.

I like the way this particular store is laid out. Nice and open. signage is great and the staff are pretty helpful. I went in looking for a toner cartridge and I didn’t see it on the shelf so I asked a staff person and one magically appeared.
Plenty of parking and in a decent shopping center with lots of other things going on so you can do a one-​stop to meet all your needs.
