In 2005 Nancy Miranda received her real estate license in Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia and most recently she obtained her license in Hawaii. Nancy has relied just on customer referrals for new business and has never had the need to advertise her name as an active agent in the east coast. She has been a sales person most of her life. As a child being a native Spanish and English speaker, she constantly outsold classmates during fund-​raisers and made up personal rewarding ventures. Before starting her Realtor career, for ten years she was a top outside account executive with The Washington Post.

If you have urgency Nancy works on express mode; If your not rushing, she moves with your tempo. She looks out daily for deals on condos, coops, houses, land, commercial space for sale and rentals in the Washington, DC area.

Nancy attributes her success to weighing each contract as if it were for herself. Her loyalty and faithfulness to her clients is fierce; most people who work with her become her clients for life.
