I had a bad experience with him regarding an interview. He has horrible phone manners.

In response to the review below, I interviewed with the Law Office of Bruce A. Johnson, Jr. in 2013 and subsequently was offered and accepted the position of associate attorney. Although unconventional and more difficult than other interviews, I enjoyed and appreciated the interview process. It not only allowed Mr. Johnson to gauge my skills but also specifically showed me the type of work I would be expected to complete. This office is fast paced and diverse which can be overwhelming and not suited for certain people, so this interview process is beneficial for Mr. Johnson as well as the applicant. I was also a new attorney and did not have much experience, this working interview allowed Mr. Johnson to look past my resume and focus on the work I was able to complete.

This man is a bonafide FRAUD! I got called in for an «interview» last week and this man (who doesn’t know me from a can of paint) handed me a case file and told me that he wanted to work on it to «prove I can do it.» Sir, I have two Latin words behind my name that say I can do it.
I get started on this case, believing it was a fictitious fact pattern. When I came upon a question, he told me to call the client for clarification. I was dumbfounded! This man just handed me a real person’s personal information including name, address, phone number, SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, and criminal record.
Unless you want your identity stolen by this man and the illegal way he handles personal information, STAY AWAY.
Applicants, run! He is only in it for free labor! I drove so far for this interview and there is no real job! I printed out a draft and it printed on the back of an old complaint. This man can’t even afford fresh paper for your free labor. SAVE YOUR TIME!
The Maryland Bar Association will be hearing about this.
