Business Owner

Neil began the firm in December 2013 and brings over 15 years of experience in the construction and civil engineering field to the firm. He is a Professional Licensed Engineer in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Iowa and has worked on a multitude of projects in the field of Civil Engineering. These include but are not limited to: Site Development, Site Grading and Drainage Plans, Stormwater Management, Flood Studies, Hydrologic and Hydraulic Modeling, LEED Design, Water and Sewer System Utility Master Planning and Rate Studies, Traffic Studies, Geometric Highway Design, Pavement Design. He is also an Illinois Certified Floodplain Manager as well as LEED Certified in Neighborhood Development and his experience includes many different project types which include: Municipal, Educational and Industrial, Commercial and Residential Developments. He is a 2005 graduate of the Purdue University, West Lafayette school of Civil Engineering.
