Established in 2009.
Began by 2 die hard BBQ lovers. Jimmy Jo’s is their vision that became reality in the Spring of 2009. The owners have extensive restaurant experience in all facets of operation, and combined forces to bring authentic, slow smoked, competition grade BBQ to Bourbonnais IL.
