Welcome to Expressions Dance in Bountiful, Utah! We are currently accepting enrollment for all classes! Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Academic Preschool, and Tumbling. Come be part of a program that is building talented dancers while teaching responsibility, respect, discipline, punctuality, and self esteem by being contributing, involved students in a successful organization that they can feel proud to be a part of. Expressions Dance offers a positive, challenging, structured environment that teaches great values. We focus on form, creativity and encourage our students to express themselves while learning from the classes they attend.

Meet the Business Owner

amy S.

Business Owner

Amy Simkins began dancing in St. George, Utah. She attened the University of Utah studying child development, education, and dance. In 2004 she graduated with a degree in sociology. Since moving to Northern Utah, Amy has become an accomplished dancer, performer, choreographer and teacher. Before establishing Expressions Dance and Preschool in 2006, amy gained experience teaching ballet, jazz, hip hop, tap, lyrical and academic preschool for several dance studios. She also worked as an with Ballet West Conservatory’s «I CAN DO» program. She has created first-​place choreography nationwide for high schools, dance studios and Two Little Hands Productions to name a few. Amy’s biggest ambition in running a dance studio is to create a place where everyone who comes through the door feels valued. Her mission is to not only create excellent dancers, but confident, strong young people who exhbit positive self-​esteem in all facets of life.
