History

Established in 2013.

Here at Let Us Cook Catering we believe that the customer should always get what they want, no matter what it takes to accomplish that. We offer full service catering and event planning to make your event stress free! We specialize in all kinds of events from a big wedding to an intimate cocktail party. We have relationships set us with several vendors who can offer services to complete your event (floral shops, waiter services, etc.)

Our sales associates will be happy to assist you in planning and quoting your event! We will be happy to recommend the best menu for your budget, preference, food allergies and theme. Our menus are fully customizable and you can be sure to please everyone in attendance.

Our services include cocktail parties, hot and cold food buffet, corporate lunches, brunches and many more! We can accommodate tastings for a minimal fee, please ask one of our sales associates for more information.

Carlos E.

Business Owner

Carlos has been in the culinary world for over 10 years. He has worked in many positions within several restaurants including prep cook, line cook, bartender & kitchen manager. He enjoys working with various ingredients but preaches that the best ingredients are those that are fresh. Carlos has set up relationships with various local food producers in the Tri-​State area, so you can be sure that you will always have the choice of fresh and locally grown ingredients. Carlos also has a business background, which includes a Bachelors degree in Marketing and running a grill during his college summers. His passion for food is only rivaled by his passion to please his customers. With a long culinary career and a business background Carlos decided to combine his skills to create Let Us Cook Catering and deliver diverse & delicious food at great prices.
