I’m getting my arm hair removed for future tattoos. I’m not usually one who does this sort of thing. Vasu is super clean and Jennifer is awesome! I felt comfortable the entire time. I’ll be going back soon for my next treatment. I highly recommend Vasu if you want professional laser hair removal.

Jen was great with me. She was very patient and explained what was good for my skin and gave honest suggestions. I went there for almost 6 months but I moved out so it had to stop, but even then she suggested what I can continue doing for my skin! Will definitely recommend them !

Vasu is amazing. I have become a full-​on Vasu-​vangelist! Anytime a friend (of either gender) complains about waxing, shaving, or other body hair and skin frustrations, I immediately recommend Vasu.
I tried out laser hair removal at a salon in Boulder thanks to a groupon a couple years ago, and it was SUCH a disappointing experience — it was clear the esthetician didn’t have much experience, and wasn’t concerned about my results (or my safety, sadly). Lesson learned. I decided I needed to try a place that *specialized* in laser skin care, and treated it as a a true profession. I was feeling a little jaded and unsure, but after reading many positive reviews, I tried Vasu. I have been going now for over a year, and when I move back to Colorado in a few months, I will absolutely be returning, even if I have to make special trips to Boulder. Jennifer is THE BEST. Not just amazing at her work, but also a wonderful, interesting, deeply kind person. I love supporting good people and their business!
To show how grateful I am to have found Vasu: I’ve literally asked to receive no more birthday gifts from my spouse — instead, I just buy a package at Vasu, because it has improved my life that significantly. It’s the gift that keeps on giving; it saves me so much energy, time, and worry that I used to waste on constant waxing, tweezing, shaving, etc. If you feel trapped by hair issues (and I really mean that — constant ingrown hairs that turn into cysts, hirsuteness to the point of being embarrassed to wear and do normal things, etc.), let the ladies at Vasu help you! They are smart, sweet, and know what they’re doing, and are passionate about doing excellent work, not just treating you like a dollar sign. I walked in timid and kind of mortified by my body, and was made to feel 100% comfortable (they have seen. it. all.). My hair reduction has changed my attitude, and I can’t believe how much better I feel about my appearance, and how liberated I feel by not shaving all the time. No more throwing money away waxing (had been doing that all over for literally over a decade, with claims that it will «damage the follicle» eventually. It never did, and I’m glad I wisened up and put that money towards laser instead!).
I plan to try out their skincare treatments eventually — I think it would be better to spend money on those rather than all the special creams and masks I’ve tried and not seen results from. Just look at Jennifer, Katie, and Amy’s skin — whoa. They are their own best advertising! :)

i wish i would have found this place YEARS ago. i have been waxing for ~ 8 years… dealing with irritation, ingrowns, bumps and pain. NOT PRETTY, ladies! i’ve had several girlfriends who’ve tried laser hair removal in the past with less than amazing results, so i’d sort of written it off as a good option. at this point, i’ve completed only 4 of 6 treatments in my package at vasu and am absolutely AMAZED with my results. i have no ingrowns, no bumps and, best of all, barely any hair left! the laser that they use at vasu is, without a doubt, the best that is available. i think that is why my results have been so dramatic with so few sessions. i cannot recommend this place enough. if you are even considering going back to a waxing salon, please STOP! why waste thousands of dollars when you can have that hair gone permanently?! i see Katie and she’s an absolute sweetie pie. highly recommend!!!

I did a dermaplaning treatment with Amy last week and it was fabulous. Not only did my skin feel amazing afterward, but she worked efficiently and was very friendly. She also did a pineapple papaya mask on my T-​zone and did some extractions for me, which I’m not sure was part of the package. I would definitely recommend this spa.

Absolutely phenomenal. I went in knowing nothing and was amazed at how friendly, easy, and informative Katie was. This place is the definition of 5 stars.

Obsessed with this place! Did laser years ago at a competing salon and saw very poor results. I have only done 3 laser sessions here and AMAZING results! I barely ever have to shave as is and I still have 3 appointment to go. Also, the laser they use at Vasu cools your skin while it takes out your hair, so I no longer endure pain while getting a treatment, unlike my past experiences with other salons.
The most amazing par to Vasu is the woman who runs the show and is there all the time… Katie Roche! She is so friendly yet professional, and she really knows what she is doing !! Katie not only does my laser, but has provided me amazing service and results for all facials and chemical peels I’ve done there. She has recommend the most amazing skin products that have had dramatic effects on my skin and I’m truly feeling wedding ready for my big day in September!
Highly recommend Vasu! Seriously don’t waste your money on other salons with poor quality lasers and products! You get what you pay for at Vasu!

Katie is amazing!!! Vasu is my favorite! I’ve tried many medical spas around town and this takes the cake, hands down. Beautiful space, inviting atmosphere, and friendly staff. Katie is full of knowledge and extremely professional. She is also crazy talented. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Vasu (and of course Katie)!!

I’m a little surprised that there’s not more great reviews for this establishment! I have had great success with really what I would consider to be experts in this field. Most of the women and men that I know come here and are thrilled with their results as well, and everyone that I have ever mentioned it to have been perfectly taken care of. I have had quite a bit of work done with Jennifer, namely spots on my hands and face from sun damage have all but completely disappeared. Of course I have to be mindful because they reappear if you are out in the sun, but I am careful, and so far so good! I so appreciate the care and time that is taken whenever I go in and always feel that my questions are answered with thoughtfulness and a great deal of knowledge. The environment is impeccably maintained and apparently the equipment is top-​of-​the-​line which I believe to be true given the results that I personally have experienced and what my friends say as well. I keep going back!

I would highly recommend Vasu Skin Solutions. Great team! I love Katie and the owner, Jennifer is very nice. I have been going here for about 8 months. Professional, easy to schedule appts, clean and modern facilities, they offer specials every few months or so. I have seen results and am very happy. They do book up quickly so I recommend making an appt far in advance. I like that I see the same technician, Katie, every time and I can count on her being there and she is tracking our progress. Very relaxing environment and I love the music! As long as I can afford treatments I will continue to go to Vasu Skin Solutions. They offer evening appts which is convenient, you also get automated appt reminders which is so helpful. I am honestly surprised by the lack of reviews on Unilocal as they are booked all the time and have a strong client base. Love, Love, Love!

I was «recruited» by Jennifer to try laser hair removal. She has a very outgoing personality and I was instantly sold. I have big bushy Russian eyebrows and she said I was the perfect candidate! She was very open in her communication to talk about all parts of the body, and while fun, she was still very professional and informative.
I have been seeing her associate, Katie. Five stars are easy to give. Katie rocks! Katie made me feel comfortable right away. When I walked in, I noticed how clean it was and was pleased to see her disinfecting everything: the laser, the sunglasses, and the table. Trust me, not everyone does this!!! Instantly, I felt at ease. I have had five treatments so far and things are progressing on track. It is really cool to notice the results.
Think of all the time you spend plucking and shaving! These treatments take less than twenty minutes and in 6 – 10 treatments, you are done!!!

Before going into Vasu I had gone to another place for laser hair removal, and this place showed great results for the 3 treatments I did on my underarms, but it was maybe an hour drive for me, so when I saw online that Vasu offered the same price and is about 5 minutes away I figured I’d go for it. Katie gave me a great deal on a package and so I decided to do a Brazilian. After a few treatments I noticed a huge difference! I thought the previous laser was good but there was really no comparing the results. Not only do they have a good laser but super friendly staff. I would definitely recommend Vasu for anyone looking for longer lasting hair removal.

I am a new customer of Jennifer’s at Vasu Skin Solutions, but so far, so good. I have significant experience as a customer with esthetics providers and Jennifer is highly knowledgable and customer focused. I recently moved back to Boulder and was in search of an IPL provider. After two highly disappointing experiences with other providers I found Vasu. I spoke to Jennifer about my goals, my new fears (based on bad experiences) and how I would like to proceed. Jennifer listened, took into account my concerns and applied/​communicated her perspective and expertise. After my treatment she was diligent in following up to ensure that I was satisfied.
I am more convinced than ever that working with a smaller esthetics provider (preferably owner operated) ensures high-​quality, individual service.

Vasu Skin Solutions is a great, affordable way to manage excess hair. Jen is very knowledgable and friendly. She has state of the art technology. The laser is not completely painless, but because it covers so much area it is very quick. It is completely worth it to not have to deal with shaving or waxing. I will be back for more.

I have been going to Vasu for almost a year for laser hair removal. I am just about done with my sessions and am just delighted with the results and service. Jen is extremely professional and knowledgeable and made me feel completely at ease in her office. She was constantly monitoring my progress and adjust the laser levels accordingly. Vasu is well priced, in a great location, and Jen is an amazing technician/​owner. I am almost sad to be done with my sessions because I won’t get to see her every six weeks, now!

Wow. I have been searching for a professional laser hair removal person for months. But I was either put off by the people I met b/​c I didn’t think they were very professional or they just creeped me out. Jen is amazing. She’s professional, smart, funny and knows everything you need to know about hair removal. I heard about her from a fellow mountain biker. I just thought I’d give her a «thumbs up» on Unilocal to help out the traditional word of mouth method… Oh and the other thing, she’s incredibly affordable.

Jennifer is a pure professional. I have melasma on my face and she help me get the RIGHT products to control it. She even went as far to email me information that I can use at the pool and in the sun everyday. I have been using the products she recommended and my skin looks great! I am so happy with my results. She’s the best!
