History
Established in 2008.
The CoAction Group is a family owned business. The father and son partnership of John and Sean Lee has provided a friendly, effective, easy to use, search firm.
John spent thirty four years working with Sodexo and Marriott Corporations in a variety of human resources and operational roles. His positions included Director of College and External Relations, Director of Staffing Services, and Director of HR.
Sean most recently worked for the Dalbey Education Institute as the Sr. Director of Business Development. He helped develop the most successful sales force in Colorado, growing from a 20-person sales staff generating $ 100,000 per week to over 150 sales reps generating $ 2 million per week consistently.
With a combination of great business acumen and over 30 years of recruiting experience, they have managed to grow their team and continually satisfy clients in the most difficult of economic times.
Meet the Business Owner
John L.
Business Owner
John Lee has been a Managing Partner with The CoAction Group since February, 2009 and has been leading the group’s recruitment efforts.
Previously, John was the Manager of Human Resources and Recruitment for the World Wildlife Fund from 2006 — 2009. In his role, John led the recruitment and staffing team as well as oversight of the affirmative action program, EEO and immigration compliance, and international recruitment efforts for the not for profit NGO.
Prior to joining WWF, John spent thirty four years working with Sodexo and Marriott Corporations in a variety of human resource and operational roles. His positions included Director of College and External Relations for Sodexho’s Talent Acquisition team, Director of Staffing Services, and Director of Human Resources. H
He is a graduate from the University of Maryland with a B.S. in Economics, and holds a Masters of Science in Human Resources from Widener University.
