Hi, I’m Phil Clark, Boulder DUI attorney for criminal defense and family law. As a descendant of William Clark of Lewis & Clark, trial attorneys are a tradition in my family starting with Jonas J. Clark, appointed by Abraham Lincoln in 1861.

I am a criminal defense attorney in Colorado and have experience on the other side of the law as a senior prosecutor for the Denver metro area. I was appointed second-​in-​command of Weld County District Attorney’s Office and a member of Colorado District Attorney’s Council State Governing Board.
