The Bar Method is an exercise technique that was created by Burr Leonard to give students strong, lean, toned and healthy bodies for life. This method is based on the Lotte Berk Method and fine tuned by drawing on the knowledge of physical therapists and a teaching system that empowers students to make lasting changes to both their bodies and their lives.
