People often say to me, «Don’t you just love houses? Is that why you went in to real estate?» My answer is that I love people and their problems! I thrive on problem solving and negotiation. Houses are fine, but what motivates me is my clients needs and tenacious negotiating for them. There are so many elements to a successful real estate transaction, especially today in the world of multiple offers. Whether serving the seller or buyer, I strive to arm my clients with the tools they need to achieve their goals and to negotiate through for them to a successful closing. I have a full office staff here at Re/​Max of Boulder and a full time licensed assistant so I can focus my time with my clients’ direct needs.
