I go to Dr. Hong and his staff for both medical needs (mole checks, as I’ve had cancerous moles removed in the past) and for cosmetic dermatology. I have been pleased with the time and attention given to me and my individual skin needs. I trust them.

Dr. Hong has a very uncomfortable practice which I do not like. I had scheduled an appointment to see dr. Hong as a private pay and I didn’t even get to see him he sent his nurse instead, I asked where he was and she said he doesn’t always see patients. So I basically paid good money to see his nurse.
The next time I tried to schedule an appointment they said they don’t take my insurance. I told them I will pay out of pocket, they said because of the type of insurance I had it was illegal for them to take my money? This is not true because I found another dermatologist who will, and I am happy this happened because of my previous experience with Dr. Hong. I wont be going back to dr. Hong.

Took care of moles and skin tags. I’ve had basal cell issues in the past and was happy to find Dr. Hong and his staff. Very kind and compassionate.
