Star Flooring & Design

I’m happy to report that Star Flooring has rectified this situation today. Eric came out and re-​caulked the cracked areas and replaced the white caulking that was supposed to be grey. He also left caulking for us to use in the future. Lisa was very nice to call ahead and follow-​up after.

There is something to be said about a large selection… so let me begin by saying that «The Great Indoors» have nothing on these guys except bigger costs for lesser quality. Now, I went into Stars Flooring on the word of my architect. I didn’t know what to expect. Stars had moved from a place on Pearl Street to a different location off of Arapahoe there in Boulder. Their inventory was not spread out, rather, because of their huge number of tile boards and their limited space, there was examples of tile ~everywhere! It was wonderful. However, as I had specific requirements of tile and I didn’t want to miss any examples that they may have in the store, I asked for some assistance which led to a wonderful example of helpful service, courteousness and did I say awesome pricing? The more I find these types of specialty stores the more liable I am to tell the big stores like «The Great Indoors» or «Home Depot» that they are not my first destination. If you are shopping for tile, go here first. Then you will realize that not only are there incredible tile selections in the world, but, you won’t have to select from the plain, standard ‘blah-​blah’ tile that most tile stores put out in their displays in order to sell to the common denominator.
