We provide training and support in restorative practices for schools and criminal justice systems. We are dedicated to inspiring and supporting individuals, organizations and communities to embrace restorative community justice values, principles and practices. We encourage the use of these principles and practices to bring out the best response to wrongdoing, crime and conflicts in a wide variety of settings.

History

Established in 2007.

Restorative Solutions began when Anne Rogers launched her own consulting firm after many years of working in the criminal justice system. Soon after, her colleague Randy Compton joined the team and brought his knowledge of school-​based restorative practices with him. Since then, both have worked with a wide variety of clients and continue to host a wonderfully comprehensive website.

Business Owner

Randy is President and Co-​founder of Restorative Solutions and serves as a lead trainer and consultant. His specialty is designing and implementing school-​based restorative justice programs. He has a long history of working for children, youth and families, with a specialty working in the field of conflict resolution education.
