Pekoe Sip House

I have been on campus twice and have visited here both times. The Vanilla Toddy boba drink is a refreshing choice on a hot day! The have milk substitutes, which is super important for me since I am lactose intolerant; thus, I get my drink made with almond milk! The boba is unsweetened, which I prefer. The atmosphere is relaxed, and chill, and being a college student myself I can say that this would be a great place to study.

Absolutely love this place. My #1 place to study for sure!
I sort of feel like some students forget it exists/​know it exists, which works out better for me!
The food and drinks are great, too which is obviously a plus! I never feel overwhelmed here like I sometimes do at the library on campus. I recently tried something there called a Vanilla Toddy and FELL IN LOVE.
Everyone should definitely check this place out… (or don’t because I don’t want you all talking up my study room) :)

Service is a consistent ¹⁰⁄₁₀. Super friendly, super fast. The product is dialed in. They have a good thing going, and they do it well. I like more earthy flavors, the matcha and spicy green are top. You can’t go wrong if you’re looking for an enjoyable bev. If you have the Colorado Card app, you can get $ 1 off your bill. Enjoy.

This is by far the best place to get coffee on campus. I LOVE the Pekoe Sip House and I somehow find myself in there atleast twice a day on the days I have class. Really. It’s out of control. Although, I feel that other than the watery coffee at the Alfred Packer Grill, this is one of the cheaper places to get coffee on the hill/​campus, especially if you have your own cup with you. They always have a ton of teas– the iced sunny green tea and the iced paradise tea are both amazing! They come unsweetened but they taste like mangoes and fruit and refreshing deliciousness. Speaking of refreshing deliciousness, they also have coffee with boba and a bunch of unique blended drinks like the chia chai. The coffee and espresso drinks are also great. I’m pretty confident I’ve tried every single thing on the menu at this point and I love it all. All the people that work there are awesome and even though there’s usually an obscene line in between classes, it usually moves quickly.

Chocolate Almond Milk! YUM!!! The convenience and location on campus cannot be beat. However, because of the high traffic its a bit unkept. Not an elegant coffee shop, but rather a functional one.

I keep telling myself I’m never going to pay $ 5 for another Vanilla Earl Cambric. That’s just ridiculous, I can make a perfectly fine imitation at home. NOPE. I keep coming back, I keep buying it. It’s tasty, OK? Don’t judge me.
