History

Established in 2005.

Originally established in Atlanta in the fall of 2005 as MDL Consulting the company served small businesses in the metro area. Highlights include working with a trade show company setting up an internet café for several trade shows throughout the southeast, working with the Italian Trade Commission and other international firms. Finding that the name MDL Consulting had been adopted by several businesses world wide, the company was renamed Omnidant for it’s uniqueness. Later in that same year the office was moved to Boulder County, Colorado. Currently the office is on Pearl St. in Boulder.

Omnidant has been growing steadily in the Boulder area.

Meet the Business Owner

Mark L.

Business Owner

Mark Lusher has been involved with computers and technology since the personal computer has been available to the public, starting with a Commodore PC III in 1986.

After high school he did a 4 years stint in the Air Force, stationed in Italy and working calibrating electronics test measurement equipment. After an honorable discharge he worked at several companies from Fortune 100 to small firms as part of their technical support staff supporting Novell and Microsoft networks.

Since 2005 he has been working as an independent computer consultant providing small businesses with professional technology guidance and service.

In 2007 he moved to Boulder, Colorado.
