Kat Shea is magical. She has done everything from relieving sciatica pain (with Bowen technique and massage), to curing me of reoccurring bouts of malaria (homeopathy), to making me feel supported during a challenging pregnancy (talking with me and the baby), to kickstarting my contractions after they had stalled out mid-​labor.
She has a gift for understanding what you and your body need and then tailoring what she offers to precisely meet you. She works out of a beautiful stone cottage at the base of Dakota Ridge in Central North Boulder, so a trip to see her is a treat in and of itself.

I have seeing Kat for about 22 years. I originally began massage following a lumbar spinal fusion. Kat was so very perceptive and seemed to know exactly how to reawaken my back in a safe and effective way. Over the years I’ve continued to see Kat thought three more pregnancies, three more orthopoedic surgeries, and she has continually been completely in tune with what my body needs at each time. Kat is always seeking more education in several areas of healing arts and is a constant wealth of knowledge who enjoys sharing what she learns. I have enjoyed Kat’s wonderful massages for so many years and feel spoiled. When I’m at a high end spa or in a hotel or cruise, no one compares to Kat’s superb skill in giving just the perfect massage. I would never go to anyone else.
