JKA Design LLC/​Jeff Abrams Architect has a long history of accomplished residential and light construction architectural services in the Denver, northern Colorado and western states area. Our strong suite is our building science and construction knowledge that is an outgrowth of over thirty five years of inventiveness in the areas of energy conservation, green design, and a passive solar approach to all our buildings.

History

Established in 1982.

In 1972 we started Jeffrey K. Abrams Architect, P.C. as a boutique light construction design-​build company, along with its associate JKA Construction. Today, Jeffrey K. Abrams Architect P.C. is a multidisciplinary design-​oriented firm led by award winning architect Jeff Abrams. Mr. Abrams received his Masters of Architecture from Yale University and has been practicing in the Boulder, Denver, and Mountain areas of Colorado for over 35 years. During that period of time, our firm has been involved with numerous challenging projects ranging from the world’s first solar church to distinguished luxury residences, as well as the rehabilitation and extension of numerous homes throughout the West. Several other talented architects round out the staff and participate in a team focused design and delivery process.

Mr. Abrams received his Masters of Architecture from Yale University and has been practicing in the Boulder, Denver, and Mountain areas of Colorado for over 35 years.
