Today I messed up my temporary crown (ok, caramel treats and crowns =disaster) I was in panic mode… Ashley, .you were calming, said to get right over and in under an hour from incident to resolution — - you took care of everything! I appreciate the patience you showed and the wonderful service of staying a little late to finish up. Dr. Ikeda and Arlene — you were out of town and I must share your team runs a tight ship when you are away — not missing a beat and providing the kind of attention we all know and love about your office!
