Our Quality Assurance Director, Andrea, brings years of experience with elder care: in hospital settings, in-​home care and home health care. She trains and supervises our caregivers, performs our free evaluation visits, and oversees our Care Managers who perform free monthly quality assurance visits.

History

Established in 1994.

Homewatch CareGivers is family owned and operated and has been serving the Boulder County community with excellence since 1994. We have staffing immediately available to provide care in Boulder, Louisville, Lafayette, Superior, Niwot and Longmont.

It all began with Julie Heidemann, a caregiver first and foremost, who started out doing everything herself and built our company into a thriving group of over 80 caregivers. Our company is run with one goal in mind: to help people maintain their independence and quality of life. Our excellent management staff and amazing caregivers all work towards that goal with the best quality of elder care and support you can find in Colorado.

Office Management has worked with Homewatch CareGivers of Boulder County since 2002 2004 2007. The team has an extraordinary commitment to helping seniors and their families with whatever their needs are, and holds our caregivers to the highest standards while encouraging them to shine, providing excellent care to our community’s elders.

Management position’s in our organization, also particularly enjoys being able to sub in providing care in the field as well. there dedication to our company and our community.
