This is one of my favorite boutiques. Not only do they have a great selection but they also have very friendly staff members. I see that some shoppers have taken issue with their return policy but if you want to buy things just to return them you should go somewhere else. It sounds like the people who negatively commented were part of the problem, not the solution. Since Holiday & Co. are a small independent business they don’t offer a loose return policy like a bigger store could. Makes sense. Most small businesses have the same or similar return policies. I would highly recommend this boutique to anyone who is looking for a great experience and high quality clothes and accessories!

I agree with the previous review. I purchased a bra that didn’t end up working with my low-​backed dress when I got home. I went back two days later to return it (tags still attached, unworn), and they refused to let me return the item for a refund. Store credit or exchange only. There was nothing else in the store that I wanted, and why should I buy things from a store that won’t let you refund for any reason? My purchase was only $ 20. What’s the big deal? It’s bad customer service, and I will never shop there again. If you shop from here make sure you really love the item, or otherwise you’re out of luck.

Received a return phone call from owner, decision stands, they have policies for a reason. Referred her to my review on Unilocal,while hanging-​up on me she stated, «sorry you didn’t get your way».
Correction Jeannie: I did not ask for a refund, I requested an exchange or store credit. I don’t know where you got your information regarding «hostile» I was never hostile to you personally on our phone call or any member of your staff.

I’m writing to comment on the clothing line, Karina, that Holiday and Co. carries. I received one of Karina’s dresses as a gift this summer, and it is one of the most beautiful and comfortable items of clothing I own. Karina’s fabric selection is superb — unique patterns and colors, breathable, and wrinkle-​free, and the cuts of her dresses are extremely complimentary to the feminine form. Karina’s dresses can be dressed up or down, and I always feel confident when wearing this dress. Thank you, Karina, for your lovely designs, and thank you, Holiday and Co., for carrying Karina’s line!

Holiday is a little pricey for me for everyday but I recently went in for a dress for a special occasion and I’ll go again. The store is on the small side but I felt as though each piece had been chosen carefully. I was very pleased with my purchase and with the delightful staff.
