We are Boulder County’s interior painting specialists with an emphasis on residential painting and color consulting. We have practical knowledge of most aspects relating to paint /​construction, paint application and the color design of your interior painting project. We’ve been in business for twenty-​one years and are a member of the Denver /​Boulder BBB with an A+ rating. My color consulting is the result of studying design and color with some of the best colorists and designers alive.

History

Established in 1994.

We are a quality interior painting and color design company begun in 1994 by Michael Kucsmas. I have a BFA from Carnegie-​Mellon University in art and I have studied color with some of the best colorists alive. Our emphasis has always been on the quality of the job at hand as opposed to quantity so as opposed to large painting firms we don’t hire just anyone off the streets and teach them to paint. My daughter has been my lead painter for twelve years and my son has been working with us for four. I have painted all kinds of projects from full shopping centers, Naropa University and the Peloton of Boulder. We are neater, faster and a pleasure to have in your home with you, your family and your pets!

I have studied design and color with some of the foremost colorists. My background as a designer and artist is coupled with a knowledge of construction, paint, painting substrates, proper preparation of surfaces and above all knowing how construction and service jobs are scheduled and smoothly handled. I’m old school in the knowledge of how to layer painting with other trades and how to make your interior look exceptional, classy and upscale. I’ve been making homes in the Denver-​metro area look great for twenty-​one years.
