We are a family of healers and a close-knit group of friends who share the philosophy that humans need each other to grow, heal, and thrive. We each have our own path and way of interacting with life and all its energies. When we realize our individuality within the context of a larger community, there is no need for deity-like healers and hierarchical gurus because each of us is a healer, a student, a leader, a follower, a lover, and a friend!
Our community utilizes a centuries old combination of shamanic healing, crystology, Wu Dang, Qi Gong, and rejuvenating spinal exercises. We have put together simple exercises that help build energy and direct it towards your deepest purpose and most fulfilling way of life.
