Doomd Ink

The owner of this business is pure scum. I would plead with anyone in search of decency to go to any other business than Doomd ink.
The quality of the goods is satisfactory, but I can tell you first-​hand that the owner, Brendan, treats his staff with (literally) no respect. They are objects in his eyes and his solution to any kind of complaint or request for pay-​increase is to treat them like human feces until they have no choice but to quit to survive. It blows my mind that these kinds of working standards are, at all, supported by law. If you go into this establishment over the course of a month, you will likely meet a myriad of new faces do to strenuous turnover. No person who has ever worked here will have anything but malice toward their employer. I was honestly blown away and still am. After working a summer at Blockbuster Video, I thought that was as dark and low as working conditions got, but Doomd is far (far) worse. If I had any say in the matter, Brendan (the owner) would be behind bars and the whole situation has me looking toward ways to impact child labor laws in third-​world countries. It’s honestly that bad.
Please. I beg of you. Do not do business here. Find any alternative for the sake of the progress of labor in America. This man has no ethics or scruples at all and if there exists justice in the screwball universe that we live in, he will see the err of his ways and ratify them. You can help by going anywhere else but here.

Overall, my experience with Doomd was pretty good. We were pressed for time and needed to get our shirts ASAP. It was an extremely large order too. I primarily worked with Taryn who was incredibly helpful and knowledgable. I loved her attitude and she was always nice and great with communication. She helped me get the shirts I wanted and was very communicative. Unfortunately, when Taryn isn’t around, I felt like things got lost and confused. Whenever I would call to check on things, other employees couldn’t find our estimate or didn’t send things as they had promised etc. Since I was on a tight deadline, this scared me. Once we got the shirts, multiple were missing prints and after several wears, some of the prints have started to come off. Really disappointing.

I ordered 12 t shirts for my team first. It was decent experience as around $ 17 per one shirt. After the first order, I re-​ordered one XS size for one member by telephone additionally. At that moment, a clerk didn’t explain about the additional price of Rush «Today» Charge. However, when I visited their shop to pick up, a clerk asked to pay $ 26 for one more t shirt suddenly. So, I tried to get the detail of amount and a clerk failed to provide an accurate detail of amount. A clerk mentioned about the difference of t shirt type and Rush «Today» Charge unclearly and reduced the price to $ 22 suddenly although t shirt is exactly the same quality as much as I ordered first. Overall, my total experience was quite unhappy with this shop and I will use an online service to order more t shirts in the future. Interestingly, some web sites offers around $ 9 per one t shirt for exactly the same t shirt.

I came into Doomd Ink to get a shirt printed for my friend’s birthday party and I was very pleased with the service! I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted but the graphic designers there helped me formulate a design and we were ready in no time. I went out and grabbed a sandwich and when I came back my shirt was all ready.
Also, some really nice people work there! Rock on guys!

We were excited to use Doomd Ink for some company tshirts… but that excitement didnt last long. First time we called, we had a brief overview of pricing and were they would call back with a quote. No word back, so we called again. Maybe the guy was in the middle of a nap or blazed and he hung up… Tried again, got a new person who said he’d have to contact his boss (who was out of town). Still no word.
MAYBE I’d give them a try for a small personal project, but there are plenty of sites online that can print direct to garment.
*update* After the two people reached out to resolve this, we would be willing to give Doomd Ink another try. I’ll update again once we’ve worked together.
