My practice focuses on weight management, strength building, flexibility, cross-training, and injury rehab. I work with people ages 14 to 75+, one-on-one. I offer a free, no obligation, initial consultation to make it easy for you. Hourly sessions are recommended and half-hour sessions work, too.
