We also showcase a small retail section that highlights a selection of our favorite products at Cured, from delicious syrups to cocktail bitters to french linens and austrian wine glasses. Stop in for a sandwich at lunch and swing by on your way home for a fresh baguette, cheese, salad fixings and more.

Cured West is an outpost of Cured at 1825 Pearl Street. New to the West End of Pearl, West showcases Cured’s popular lunch offerings with a curated selection of grocery goods to offer easy evening shopping for west-​enders.

Business Owner

Will and Coral Started Cured in 2015 and are excited to now bring Cured to the West End. Prior to opening Cured, Will was a professional cyclist and Coral was an independent graphic designer.

I’m not sure what the best part of this was, the bread, the cheese, the meatballs or the sauce. Each one of those individually is worth the 5 stars. Add the extraordinarily friendly customer service and you have one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had.
This place was recommended to me by the Ozo barista and it did not disappoint. They are known for their cured meats and those meatballs were definitely the best I’ve ever had. The sauce was zesty with a bit of spice to it. Oh, did I mention the artisan cheese and bread? Cause that cheese was up there with the very best I’ve ever had.
So yeah, my sandwich was $ 11.50 for the sandwich alone and it was still worth it. Hands down the best meatball sandwich I’ve ever had and it’s on-​par with some of the best sandwiches I’ve had from NYC to Seattle. I can’t reiterate enough how amazing this place is. Go there, now!

Awesome sandwiches, cool market-​like feel, and definitely worth coming back.
You will spend a bit more $$ than your usual sandwich shop and the portions aren’t the biggest, but the quality is un-​matched.
And 100%, hands-​down, the best gluten-​free bread I have ever had. True thanks for that.
