History

Established in 2009.

Prior to beginning, it took 4 and half years to obtain our permits, licenses, and authority to operate as a guiding company, licensed outfitter, and authorized transportation company.

We are an official outfitter and concessionaire with the National Park Service, Colorado state parks, City of Boulder, Jefferson County, and National Forest Service. In the state of Colorado we are also licensed State fishing outfitter and authorized transportation company by the public utilities commission for sightseeing, charter, limousine, and shuttle service. In addition to our being the only company in the state of Colorado to have all these legal credentials, we are members of many state and local business and tourism organizations: Boulder Denver Better Business Bureau; Boulder Chamber of Commerce; Boulder, Estes Park, and Denver Convention and Visitors Bureau; Colorado Tourism Department. We also work closely with many state organizations by providing up-​to-​date trail, travel, snow conditions.

Owner, manager, and lead guide for Colorado Wilderness Rides And Guides. Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado with 15 years experience in guiding, emergency medicine and rescue, event planning, and transportation.

We have 12 professional team members with more than 10 years of experience in each of their professional disciplines. All team members have the a high level of medical training /​certifications, educational experience, and logistical expertise.
