Carrie Marks, Licensed Massage Therapist, specializes in various massage styles and techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports/​Orthopedic, Trigger Pointing, and Pre-​Natal and Post-​Partum. Each client receives a massage tailored to meet their individual needs. Massage increases mobility, circulation, and range of motion while decreasing pain and tension. Recurring massage has been proven to decrease chronic pain, aid those who suffer from anxiety and/​or depression, and increase relaxation and sleep.

Business Owner

Carrie Marks graduated from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy in 2012. Besides running a private practice, she also worked for a short time at the BCMT Professional Clinic, and Elements Massage of Boulder. Before massage, Carrie spent most of a decade living and working at Shambhala Mountain Center in Red Feather Lakes, Colorado, a meditative retreat center.
